Purolator Liquid Process is a division of the Purolator Advanced Filtration Group, and has plant locations in Greensboro, NC and Sacramento, CA. It manufactures filter cartridges and media for process industries including chemical processing, food & beverage, pharmaceutical, paint & coatings, industrial, water, metal finishing, electronics, polymer and power generation. Major product offerings are melt blown filter cartridges, string wound filter cartridges, pleated surface filter cartridges and depth media.

In addition Purolator Liquid Process provides filter depth media both in sheets and modules. Depth media is widely used in applications ranging from transformer oil processing to pharmaceuticals production.

Another product line for Purolator Liquid Process is cleanable filters. Effectively, this breaks down into two groups of products: cleanable stainless steel baskets and cleanable stainless steel filters. Cleanable basket filters are often used in conjunction with our liquid bag housings. Purolator's highly regarded cleanable stainless steel filters are often referred to as Poromet® elements. These are designed for high-temperature and high-corrosion applications, and they are superior-quality filters whose performance exceeds every other competitive element. Poromet® elements are designed to lower costs by providing on-stream life and years of trouble-free service. In addition, Poromet® elements are easily cleaned, eliminating growing disposal costs. As with our SS basket filters, Purolator can provide a range of liquid cartridge housings for the Poromet® stainless steel elements with flow rates up to 120 GPM.

Purolator Liquid process also provides two types of bag filer products. The DYNA-CLEAR™ F series is a filter bag with felt construction. The DYNA-CLEAR™ M filter bag has mesh construction. Filter bag sizes and sealing configurations are available to fit most industry standard bag housings.
