Details on Poroplate® Diffusion Bonded Media

Poroplate® laminates are multilayer composites of selected wire cloths, perforated sheets and fiber metal felts permanently bonded together through a proprietary diffusion bonding process. The material that results has far greater strength, abrasion resistance and filtration characteristics than can be obtained from a single layer of fine mesh.

Purolator originally invented Poroplate® laminates and has been manufacturing this material for over 30 years. This experience enables us to supply standard and custom products to users worldwide.
